The Rydges Lakeland Resort is 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Queenstown (town map on back cover).

Breakfast
Please note that breakfast (continental NZ$16.00) will be available daily 0630 – 0830 in the Queenstown Room (Level 5) and 0630 – 1000 in the Indigo Bar (Level 6) for full cooked breakfast (NZ$21.00) for inhouse guests. Please note that this will be at the delegates own cost.

Registration & Information Desk
The registration and information desk is located in the Coronet/Remarkables Room on Level 4.  The trade exhibition, catering and poster sessions are also located in this room.  Please collect your conference bag from this room.

All plenary sessions and public lectures will be held in the Ben Lomond Room on Level 6.  Concurrent Presentations will be in the Ben Lomond Room (Level 6), the Queenstown Room & the Clancy’s Room (both on Level 5).  Floor plans of the venue are featured on pages 8 & 9.

Internet Access
Wireless internet access will be available in all conference rooms (including the Coronet/Remarkables Room). Password: NUTRITION2011.

Car Parking
Complimentary car parking is available for delegates staying at the Rydges Lakeland Resort, please enquire at reception on check in.

Taxis and Shuttles
Shuttles are available from the Queenstown Airport and will cost approximately NZ$25.00 for the 15-20 minute journey to the Rydges Lakeland Resort which is situated next to Lake Wakatipu. Shuttles can be pre-booked online www.supershuttle.co.nz or by calling 0800 748 885 (within New Zealand) $20 one way or $36 return (pre-booked).  Queenstown Taxis Ph (03) 442 7788 or Freephone 0800 788 294. 

It is the responsibility of delegates to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.

Storage of Bags on Friday
Bag storage will be available on Friday for delegates  – please see the Registration Desk.

Welcome Reception (inclusive)

Venue: Rydges Lakeland Resort – Coronet/Remarkables Room

Delegates who indicated their attendance on the registration form will receive a Welcome Function ticket (one complimentary wine or beer with ticket) canapés and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.  A cash bar (cash or charge back to your room, no Eftpos facility available) will be available for delegates to purchase additional beverages.

Posters
There are almost 100 posters which have been divided up into two groups, to be displayed in the Coronet/Remarkables Room on Level 4. Wednesday Posters will be put up in time for the Welcome Function on Tuesday.  These will be replaced on Wednesday night with Thursday’s Posters which will remain until Friday.  There will be oral presentations on Wednesday and Thursday of approximately 20 posters on each day.  Poster authors should leave their posters (labelled with their poster number) at the registration desk.  Posters will also be at the registration desk for collection at the end of the conference.  Please refer to the Call for Papers page which features the Poster List

Presenter Information
Presenters should have pre-sent their powerpoint files as per the Speaker Guideline instructions.  If this has not been done, please see Tim or Cy (Audio Visual Technicians, based in the Ben Lomond Room Level 6) 5-7pm on Tuesday to ensure that these are put onto the system.  It is very important that presentations are kept to time.  Session Chairs will receive a chair report with their registration pack.
