C: Accommodation Special rates for delegates have been obtained. All bookings and any changes must go through the conference organiser. A minimum of one night's deposit is required to secure accommodation.
All accommodation prices are quoted at room rate only and are per room per night including GST. To secure accommodation you will need to pay a deposit of one night. Balance of room charge will be payable on check out directly to hotel. Check in is available from 2pm. All bookings and cancellations of accommodation must be in writing to the conference organiser and 48 hours notice must be given otherwise a fee equivalent to one night room rate will be forfeited.
