All abstracts must be submitted on the form below by Wednesday14 December 2011 (this has been extended from 7th Dec)
Presentation Title (limit to 20 words in sentence case (i.e; capital letters are used for the first letter of the first word and proper nouns; all other words are lower case)
Presenting Author (Full first name and family name; eg; John Smith)

Where Additional Authors to Presenting Author If more than one author, please provide author names in the order they should appear on the abstract. Include the presenting author followed by a * and use the number 1 to indicate the presenting author affiliation details as in the above box. For additional authors who have different affiliation details to the presenting author, indicate with a 2,3, 4 etc and provide affiliation details in boxes provided

AbstractPlease upload your abstract as a word .doc, .docx or .rtf file with a maximum of 250 words including any references. Abstracts should be ariel font, font size 10, with no paragraph formatting. Do not include any endnote or footer detail. You may include your presentation title and author name, however the presentation tile and author details submitted on this form will be the information used with your abstract. Workshop Submission: These should be submitted on the Workshop Abstract Submission Form
