Travel
The Dunedin Airport is situated 30kms south of Dunedin and is approximately 25 minutes drive to Dunedin City. There is currently no bus service from the Airport to Dunedin however there are taxis (typically NZ$70-$80 one way) and shuttles (NZ$20-$60 per person depending on how many people in the shuttle at any one time) that are available at the airport.
Shuttle Companies
Kiwi Shuttles are offering AEA Conference delegates a special rate of NZ$10.00 each way (airport-dunedin or dunedin-airport). Delegates must pre-book their shuttle online (at least 3 days notice)

The Conference Registration Desk will have a shuttle order form on the message board for delegates requiring a shuttle on Tuesday afternoon.

Getting Around
Dunedin is a very compact city and has a comprehensive public bus service (delegates must arrange own travel to venues) and your hotel will be able to give you advice on this.

AV Technician will be available to receive presentation files from 2pm-4pm. Technicians are also available throughout the conference, we ask that presenters provide their files when registering or at a meal break well in advance of presentation time.

This function will be set in the Donaghys Foyer of the Dunedin Art Gallery with canapes and New Zealand wine. Delegates will have access to view the ground floor gallery rooms between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm
