As the conference is being held during the New Zealand School holidays and peak ski season, we recommend that you secure your accommodation early

Official Conference Accommodation

The conference has secured a block booking at the Rydges Lakeland Resort for delegates.  Rooms will be allocated on a first in basis until 26th June 2009.  Bookings can only be made via the on-line registration or the registration form available on the website.  Delegates have the option to pre-pay or pay at hotel .  Please note that accommodation cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the first night's stay otherwise the first night's room rate will be applied.  Please make all cancellations via the Conference Organiser.
